The President, Senate and Chancellor of the Collegium of Pharmaceutical Sciences of the Poznan University Medical Sciences kindly invite all to a special awarding of the title DOCTOR HONORIS CAUSA: Prof. Bożena Michniak-Kohn - Professor of ordinary pharmaceutical sciences at the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy, Director of the Skin Research Center and Drug Delivery Laboratory, Rutgers, New Jersey State University, USA, for outstanding achievement in the expanded field of skin and transdermal energy delivery systems (pdfBiographical note).

We are proud to share that a team of PUMS students won the title of Polish Champions in Surgical Suturing during the 4th Medical Students Polish Championships in Surgical Suturing held in May in Zielona Góra.

We are honored to host two international expert doctors, researchers, authors of popular medical textbooks and distinguished educators in pediatrics, neonatology, urology and surgery: prof. Mary Patricia 'Tricia' Lacy Gomella and prof. Leonard G. Gomella, for two open lectures on PUMS campus on June 5, 2023.

PUMS Department of Adult Spine Surgery cordially invites PUMS students of two final years of the medical program to take part in a week-long summer school of surgical training which will take place in Brno, the Masaryk University Faculty of Medicine, where in sophisticated simulation center with a number of dissecting rooms and anatomical material, students will have the opportunity to practice on surgical simulators and as well as training the procedures and techniques on human cadavers.

We are thrilled to invite students, faculty and medical staff from PUMS to a mini-conference on trauma surgey with experienced surgeon guest speakers affiliated with the Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, CA, USA.
