PUMS Department of Adult Spine Surgery cordially invites PUMS students of two final years of the medical program to take part in a week-long summer school of surgical training which will take place in Brno, the Masaryk University Faculty of Medicine, where in sophisticated simulation center with a number of dissecting rooms and anatomical material, students will have the opportunity to practice on surgical simulators and as well as training the procedures and techniques on human cadavers.

We are honored to host dr. Paweł Pomianowski, MD, who graduated from PUMS English-language medical Class of 1998 and proceeded to complete his residency in internal medicine at Penn State College of Medicine, followed by a fellowship in medical genetics at Yale University School of Medicine. He currently holds the position of Director for the Center of Medical Genetics and Genomics at Helen F. Graham Cancer Center & Research Institute of ChristianaCare in Delaware, USA.
