Innovative and pioneer program in Poland
We were first in Poland to introduce the modern Pharm.D. program which combines "drugstore" pharmacy instruction, drug analysis and design with elements of clinical pharmacy. This approach is slowly re-shaping the way pharmacy is taught in our country. The Committee for Evaluating Research Institutions has described the Faculty of Pharmacy as "Category A" institution, confirming its excellent standing in research and education.
Specialist practical training
The 4-month Advanced Pharmacy Practice module will provide you with hands-on experience in specialist clinical rotations in university hospital wards. Specialist training in such fields as internal medicine, cardiology, pediatrics, ob/gyn, geriatrics or infectious diseases will give you a taste of what your future career might focus on and prepare you for the challenges of professional practice, giving you the edge over competition.

Active student exchange program with one of the best pharmaceutical colleges in the US - University of Kentucky - where you can complete a 6-week training in a specialized clinical setting.

Our teaching staff is required to continuously improve their qualifications - clinical approach to pharmacy demands the most up-to-date knowledge in a broad interdisciplinary scope. The right to practice pharmacy in Poland requires accumulating a certain number of score points every year, and this can be done by participating in scientific conferences or professional training. Many of our lecturers specialize in clinical pharmacy which requires extensive additional training and passing additional state examination.
