Pharmaceutical licensing
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) / Master of Science in Pharmacy qualification awarded by PUMS is recognized worldwide and can be used to apply for a local pharmaceutical license in most countries in the world. In order to do so a graduate has to fulfill the destination country's national or state pharmaceutical authority's requirements, usually involving an examination or a series of examinations and an internship period.
Over 2000 international alumni of our programs are pursuing their professional careers in countries like US, Canada, Norway, Germany, Sweden, Taiwan, Thailand, UK and Ireland, and, of course, Poland.
Pharm.D. Program at PUMS is recognized as an equivalent of Doctor of Pharmacy studies in the USA by ECE – Educational Credential Evaluators, USA, 2013.
The following password-protected information section on pathways to selected national licensing abroad is only available to PUMS students and graduates.
