Poland Accredited by the WFME
We are happy to report that the Polish Accreditation Committee (PKA) has received full recognition by the World Federation of Medical Education (WFME) on September 12, 2025.
The accreditation will be in force until 2035, pending annual monitoring, and is a testimony to the highest standards of quality of education being upheld in Poland. In consequence, all medical schools under PKA's supervision, including Poznan University of Medical Sciences, are recognized in the USA (Inthealth), and by other national medical boards that rely on recognition by this agency.
Polish Accreditation Committee also holds a valid comparability decision by the US National Committee on Foreign Medical Education and Accreditation (NCFMEA) until Fall 2029.
