Funding for Increasing Accessibility
We are happy to have initiated the project "University with Imagination" aiming at making PUMS more accessible to people with disabilities. The total budget of this initiative amounts to nearly 4 million PLN, most of which comes from the European Social Fund of the European Union.
The project's activities scheduled for the years 2020-2023 will focus on several areas:
- improving architectural accessibility of university facilities,
- improving accessibility of university software and websites,
- developing tools and techniques for education support,
- development of the university Office for Disability Support (contact info), including free psychological counseling,
- updating school policies,
- staff training.
