Entrance examination and interview
In addition to sending application documents, candidates to the English-language Programs at Poznan University of Medical Sciences are required to attend an ENTRANCE EXAMINATION/ INTERVIEW with the University representatives.
The following criteria will be taken into account:
- record of academic achievements from previous education
- knowledge of Biology (Physiotherapy – panel interview), Biology and Chemistry (PharmD – panel interview) or Biology, Chemistry and Physics (MD and DDS – written quiz and panel interview), at high school/college level requirements
- self-introduction/motivation/ interpersonal skills
- voluntary work/experience in health services
- English language skills

Applicants for MD and DDS programs are required to take an internal, one-best-answer, 60-question TEST with 20 questions in each subject area: Biology, Chemistry and Physics on the day of the interview.
No dictionaries, phones, smart phones, tablets or other electronic devices are allowed into the testing/ interview room.
Applicants can use calculators (without memory module and access to the Internet), Physics formula books and periodic tables.
A score below 30% in the written quiz will be considered as failing and will prevent the applicant from taking part in the interview.
